Build & Validation

We build the engine. Two hours every day, focused on your project. Every Friday a video recap so you see exactly what shipped and where we're going next.

Phase 2

Scale

The product works. Now we make it grow. New features, integrations, optimization, scaling. Same rhythm, same recap, same control.

Phase 3

Maintenance

When the tool is ready and stable, we move to a lighter maintenance subscription. Hosting, monitoring, light evolutions — so you stay covered without paying full build cost.

The weekly rhythm

Consistency is what ships software. This is the cadence:

→Monday → Thursday: 2 hours of focused work on your project, every day
→Friday: video recap (or written) showing what was built and what's next
→Async between recaps: I send updates, you reply when you can
→No surprises, no scope creep, no agency-style ghosting
